At Hijabella by Aïcha, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

📌 Hijabs, Pins & Magnets

 

For hygiene and safety reasons, all hijabs, pins, and magnets are final sale.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on these items once they have been purchased.

 

👗 Dresses

 

We accept returns on dresses within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Original tags and packaging must be intact
• Proof of purchase is required

 

❌ Non-Returnable Items

• Sale or discounted items
• Hijabs, pins, magnets
• Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

🔄 Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted for dresses only (subject to availability).

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
